**Contest Disclaimer**

**Eligibility:** The contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of CM Drone Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

**Entry Period:** The contest begins at 6/29/24 and ends at 7/31/24 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

**How to Enter:** Entries must be submitted through the entry of your email address through the form on our website (www.cm-drone.com).  Additional points can be earned by sharing the promotion as well as visiting our social media sites listed on the entry page.

**Prize(s):** One $50 Amazon Gift Card will be awarded to the grand prize winner.  10% off coupon codes will be provided to every new email subscriber.

**Winner Selection:** Winners will be selected at random using the contest platform tool provided (kickofflabs.com) from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

**Notification:** Winners will be notified within 3 days of the drawing date via via email. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 5 days of the first attempt to contact them or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

**General Conditions:** CM Drone Services LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest, as determined by CM Drone Services LLC in its sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CM Drone Services LLC and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the contest or these Official Rules.

**Release and Limitations of Liability:** By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CM Drone Services LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

**Publicity:** Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for CM Drone Services LLC to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

**Disputes:** Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Burlington, KY, USA.
